By using CallSync you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Service
CallSync provides VoIP calling, server-side recording, transcription, and optional email briefs. Calls use carrier/VoIP networks; quality and availability can vary by destination and network conditions.
Minutes & subscriptions
Paid plans and top-ups are sold as auto-renewable subscriptions or consumable in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your store account settings. Unused minutes may roll over as described in the app. Calls under 10 seconds are not billed.
Acceptable use
You must comply with applicable law, respect call recording consent rules in your jurisdiction, and not abuse the service (fraud, spam, harassment, or attempts to bypass billing).
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” Transcripts may contain errors. We are not liable for damages arising from call quality, transcription accuracy, or third-party network outages beyond what the law requires.
